After arriving in Anchorage the night before and trying to get accustomed to the sun setting at 12:45am and rising at 2:30am, we began our journey across the great state of Alaska towards Denali National Park. Our mode of transportation was the Midnight Sun Express, Princess Cruise's Railcars on the Alaskan Railway. It was a very scenic trip in glass-domed railcars complete with dining facilities....our first encounter with Princess Cuisine.
